Despite his serious approach to work, Dev is one of the most approachable people you'll meet. He believes in becoming your friend before your leader, always leads with empathy, and is the first to support his team when it matters. That being said, if you're planning on being unprofessional... maybe don't. His tolerance for that is approximately zero. Whether he's leading from the front, keeping calm when everyone else is panicking, or making sure things are done the right way, Dev brings an unmatched energy to everything he does. Fair, dependable, and always committed, he's the kind of leader who makes difficult things look easy. Of course, no introduction to Dev is complete without addressing the two things he is unreasonably confident about that is his jokes and his singing. His jokes usually arrive with a five-second pause while everyone processes what they just heard, and his singing has the rare ability to make people suddenly remember they had somewhere else to be. She's like a shot of espresso: the moment she walks into a room, the energy changes. Whether she's balancing ISMUN, academics, sports, or somehow finding time to binge on murder mysteries and peri peri fries, she juggles it all with remarkable ease. Meticulous and incredibly driven, she's the kind of person who will ensure every task is completed to perfection without letting stress or emotions cloud her judgement. What truly sets her apart, though, is her fairness and integrity; she's so honest that she'd probably deduct marks from her own answer paper if she thought the teacher gave her too much. Calm under pressure and quick on her feet, Saisha can adapt to almost any situation and somehow talk her way out of just about anything. She's the friend everyone wishes they had: dependable, grounded, fiercely loyal, and always ready with a painfully lame joke that somehow makes even the worst situations a little more bearable. Meet Siddhant Ravasia, the Director-General of ISMUN 2K26. Siddhant is one of the most hardworking and dedicated people you'll ever meet. If you make a claim, be prepared to defend it, cite it, and maybe defend it again. He has an uncanny ability to find the one question nobody else thought to ask, and he won't stop until everything makes perfect sense. Fair, unbiased, and refreshingly practical, he believes every opinion deserves to be heard, but every decision should make sense. He somehow manages to prioritize work without looking permanently stressed, leads with confidence, and always focuses on finding solutions instead of just pointing out problems. He's encouraging when you need support, serious when the situation calls for it, and proof that "just trust me" has never been an acceptable source, so if Siddhant agrees with your explanation, congratulations! chances are everyone else will too. Simply put, if there's a problem, Siddhant is probably already thinking of three different ways to solve it, and he'll make sure everyone understands why his plan works.
